The facility is great place it is cleaned up and mostly all new staff and they are good hard workers especially the night shift and Arthur has just been outstanding to me and my family. He makes sure that everyone is well taken care of. He is very respectful and was very professional. Definitely one of the best night shifters I've ever seen at this facility.

The cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is heartfelt and understanding to what my family needs. The all around community that riverside offers makes me feel my family is in good hands. Alyssa is one of the hardest working CNA’s I have ever met. She is outgoing and charismatic towards the residents and always puts their needs first.

Don't send none of your loved ones here. They won't answer the phones! The route they have people banned from the property that spouses. And they don't like when you tell people that they got warrants and they got charges that are felonies I won't even send My Own Worst Enemy there I I am thoroughly disgusted with replaced and they won't give me my husband back when there was no papers sign. They just want to take all of the person's stuff and properties they said DHS was going to take everything as collateral don't trust them!!! This place is nasty too they let a dog piss in there today the nurse wiped up with a paper towel and it took him 20 minutes to get a mop there and I didn't smell no cleaning chemicals I don't approve of that and they wouldn't let my ESA cat in allergies

Compared to other facilities I have worked in and visited, I would not recommend this place. My mother and father was put into here. My mother had to have a trach and this was the closest facility that would accept her. My father tagged along because he didn't want her alone. The facility is outdated. The administrator doesn't seem like he is qualified for the position or he is just lazy. My mother died and so I am moving my father closer to me(he does not require any specialty care). I have spoken with several people in the facility as well as with OKDHS and OKSonnerCare about a form that needs to be filed for him to be moved; and they are absolutely not cooperating. Giving me the run around and making excuses as to why they can't do it or why they haven't yet. Every time it's a different story. I fully understand that it is a process but my dad's move has completely stopped because they will not send this form to dhs. Also, I learned from dhs that they failed to report my mother's death after a month and a half.. sooo... It's like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone and even harder to find someone who can actually assist me. I also learned during the last hospital visit my mom was at, that she had been in and out of the hospital for several months. The hospital had records of 8 visits in 3 months and I only knew about 3. It is not the hospital's job to contact family when the patient is coming from a nursing home. I can't help but think if they "forgot" to contact family when the ambulance had to pick up the patient, than what else do the "forget" to do. I'm sure everyone there are nice decent humans but the operations/business side is completely failing. Also, like I said, I've worked in long term nursing homes. Riverside just hands out the door codes to literally anyone. My very first time there to visit my parents, they gave me the two codes to two doors before they even knew why I was there. And at second visit, one of the staff showed me where they keep the door codes in case I ever forget. I live 4 hours away so I have only physically been to the facility 4 times and within the first two visits I had the codes to every entrance/exit. Overall, I feel like they are unorganized, very possibly understaffed (which I get it, I've worked in a nursing home before) but the people who should be calling the shots, and have answers to questions, and just overall being corporative are either clueless or lazy. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but my parents have been there for almost two years and with every interaction, I dislike the facility a little more.
