Horrible experience!! All this is available on our home cameras!! The care giver hired to work night shift came into mom’s home, changed into her pink PJs and black robe, brushed Her teeth, washed her face and curled up on the couch and slept. She never checked on the patient-my mom! My mom called out for help while the paid care giver slept!! The care giver got up at 7 am, changed back into her work scrubs and left at 7:24. She went into the portal and charted that she was at the home until 8am and all the care activities she did throughout the shift!! Don’t trust your loved ones with this company!
