Resthave Assisted Living has gone above and beyond for my great aunt. Jamie and Kelsie have gone out of their way to make sure she has the best care. We are in constant communication when the need arises. They make sure she is comfortable and feels at home. The staff always greets me by my name when I am there - that's amazing!! The activities they have are so well planned and such a great time. I feel 100% comfortable with my aunt living there! Thank you Resthave!

Do NOT put your family member in this place. They will lie and withhold important information about your loved one, and then you’ll have to hear about how rapidly their condition deteriorated from Hospice instead. My Grandmother is currently there, we all thought she was doing fairly well since the staff at Resthave hadn’t shared any bad updates with us. My mother then received a call from Hospice disclosing just how rapidly she’d declined. Resthave withheld information about my Grandmother suffering from hallucinations, agitation, and fidgeting. The most they shared with my mother was that they were ‘looking into rooms on the nursing home side for when the time comes.’ What an absolute JOKE of a home and staff. KEEP YOUR FAMILY AWAY.

Resthave has great social service staff. Living out of state and having to have contact by phone regarding my parent's care has been challenging. It's really comforting having qualified, compassionate and knowledgeable staff who walk you through the process and transition of someone you love dearly into longterm care. You will also not be disappointed when you do meet in person. Very Happy knowing my parent is at Resthave!
