The caretaker I have had since starting with Addus Home Health has been excellent …I appreciate all that he does always very caring and works hard….Thank you for providing great Home Health Care.

I experienced the same thing, no one returned my calls, I'd drive to the office, it was locked. I finally got ahold of the corporate office in Rockford, I recently left 5 messages and have yet to revieve a call back! The worst place of a employment officer I've ever had to deal with! I made a big mistake of letting a family member that asked if she could work for me for 2 months while her other client was in physical rehad I agreed bc it was only 2 months!! After 8 mo she never left!!! She was forging my signature on her phone that I didn't know I was to be signing the last 8 mo. When I found out I told her from now on I would be signing her phone! Well, she never returned. I'm absolutely sure it's bc the signatures would not match so I fired Addus so could get rid of her, they were impossible to work w anyway, very poor management i turned her in for forgety Well bc it's the State it turns into fraud!! Well too bad She didn't do anything, claimed hrs she didn't work, drove my car, would pull in my drive when I new she wasn't working I asked her what she was doing and she responded by saying she was signing in bc Addus can track where she is!! Then drove away. It was just crazy!! Well I made a 3 page written statement and mailed it straight to Rockford Corp Office, that was 3 months ago and all I want is to see the signature of my name that supposed to be mine that I know was forged by her. I'll go to Rockford if I need to bc after 5 vm ive got NOTHING!!! I don't feel I'm asking for much since insurance was paying Addus to pay her!! I feel I'm the victim and they should work w me. I want her FIRED she is suspended right now but if she's not FIRED then I'll be forced to go above their heads!! It's illegal what she did to me and she was family!! WAS is the correct word. I didn't lie about anything in the 3 pages of my statement I could never come up with the crap she did lol . I will never recommend Addus to anyone if I'm asked about the company They need to clear it out and start over w new employees bc these are worthless to me considering I left 5 VM and they can't even give me 5 minutes of their time. I'm very upset!! Sterling office is a joke! Help at Home is absolutely wonderful and very professional!

When the caregivers were here they did a wonderful job. The problem was they were late or never showed up. I would call the sterling office constantly have to leave a message and most of the time I never got a call back from anyone. 20 hours a week for my mom I went weeks, months getting 10 to maybe 16 hours if I was lucky.
