Make sure you get all money out of your parent's acct when they die or leave facility! We asked when parent died and were told there is no money on acct (hair cut, nail appt, that money). They waited over two years to send a check, WRITTEN TO THE DEAD PERSON, to "empty the acct". They have paperwork as to who is next of kin, sent the check to that person's home, in the dead person's name!

No one picks up phone and good luck finding a worker in there. May as well be on your own. They do care a great deal about your money, however.

This place is a joke they moved my mom from a private room into another room with a room mate didn't notify us. Then when my daughter went to check on her tonight she was laying there completely naked no cover or anything with the door wide open and she has a roommate if someone would of walked in they would of seen her naked. They are good for the first few day's after that they don't care.

The nurses and cna’s at allure took great care of Mom when she was there for a short time. They are patient, kind and nurturing to their clients and their families. Thank you so much for all you did for our family to make her transition so smooth. God bless you! The Patricia Conklen family
