The staff at Citadel are outstanding to work with from the clinicians to administration. Always willing to stop what they're doing to lend a hand. It's not hard to see that their hearts are in the care they provide to their patients.

Citadel has the most caring staff. All departments are engaged and truly know their residents story. The smiles on their residents faces tell you everything you need to know. Big shoutout to the Activities Team for engaging the residents and keeping them involved.
