Unfortunately, I’m unable to leave a “0” stars or I would. Im submitting this on behalf of my mother/father and with their permission/approval. The Alverno failed to address the presenting health problems that brought my father to their facility. The lack of willingness, on the part of their administrative staff, to listen to the input of my mom (who has been his caregiver for the last 7 years) only impeded his potential recovery. The fact that their Physical Therapy team is rarely present and, when they are, were unwilling to work to facilitate recovery is abhorrent. When some of their own direct service personnel encourages you to look for care elsewhere, you should be worried. It’s sad that the quality of care has dropped to the level it is currently at.
