Regency of Clinton

The Regency of Clinton is an independent living community for adults age 55 and older in Clinton, Iowa. The community features 28 residences in a ranch-style setting with both attached and detached garage options, eliminating stairs and maintaining a low-density, intimate atmosphere. Residences include one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans, each with full kitchens and private terraces or patios.

The community offers maintenance-free living, with the property handling all repairs and replacements of appliances, furnaces, plumbing, and other household systems. Residents benefit from scheduled transportation to medical appointments and outings, a full calendar of social programs and activities, a library, and a workshop for hobbies and projects. In partnership with NIT Therapy, the Regency provides in-home and on-site therapy services for residents.

Wellness and engagement are central to daily life at the community. Residents can participate in a variety of social, educational, and wellness programs held both on-site and beyond the community. The nearby Eagle Point Park offers outdoor recreation opportunities.
