September 2024, I was involved in a car accident which left my C4 C5 fracture and I was diagnosed as an incomplete paralyze quad paraplegic. After doing three months at Shirley Ryan a short term care facility I was transferred to Winning wheels January of 2024 upon my arrival I wasn't able to feed myself, pick up my a lot of things include my cell phone, unable to scratch my forehead etc. Thanks to the therapy gym which is Open at least six hours a day throughout the week and restorative aids that helped run the therapy room who was very helpful and motivational gave the ability and strength to a lot of things that I wasn't able to do before my arrival. Every place has his pros and cons majority of staff were very helpful and caring even at times when my injury bothered me and left me frustrated and I was rude staff remained professional and caring. 30 months I spent there I experience bad care from only 2 CNA's was represent Winning wheels as a whole the moment I reported it it was taken care of immediately and I was apologized to. They have activity staffing group of wonderful woman who spent many hours of the day with the residents trying to make the best out of all residents situation and keep a smile on the resident faces so for my personal experience I would recommend Winning wheels to anyone who's looking for a place for someone for long-term care or short-term care.

They do not deserve a star...Horrible place to put your family member from the start of admission to exiting the facility. Honestly, they have racist staff in wolves clothing. People of Color do not send your family members there.
