To be clear, PeggyKenney is my deceased wife and for some reason when I write a Google review her name comes up. My name is Bob M. and I was in the facility for several weeks at the end of a year and it half medical situation. Of all the facilities I was in during that time, ALL the people at Renwick were the most professional, caring, and compassionate of any of the other facilities. I would like to give special accolades to the GREAT people in Hall 400 and especially the Physical Therapy staff, led by Toni, Ben and their staff.

Recently spent 10 days for rehab. Had 1 male nurse, Arby, the rest were females. All were respectful and encouraging. CNAa were prompt answering my call light. Everyone was courteous and always introduced themselves. The Director of Admissions addressed my request immediately. A vast improvement over Rosewood where I was 10 years ago. Thank you all!

A huge shout out to Arbey!. You’re definitely a dedicated nurse. Caring, kind, and professional. When I have concerns about my brother you take care of it right away. I feel you should be recognize for your dedication. You’re the best!. Thank you.<br><br>Thank you Norma, Estrella, Lucy, and Laura in housekeeping for your dedication to cleaning. I visit my brother occasionally and can't help being noticed how clean the room is. This is very important to me as well as my brother.<br>Moreover, your friendly, professional, and fast to reply when I have concerns is also appreciated. I have noticed improvement. He no longer shuffles his foot. I noticed Donna work ethics right away is why I asked her to help me with my brother. She truly cares for her patients and works hard. She’s remarkable and I appreciate her. I was in the medical field as a medic in the army and was the same way love helping patients because one day we will be needing help ourselves. Also, thank you to all staff at Renwick Nursing for their hard work I know it’s not easy. Again thank you Donna Books for improving patients care quality, and for your professionalism.

The staff and administration is great and very helpful, caring, and kind. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive and dedicated. I would recommend to family and friends.
