As much as I appreciate the hardworking men and women in health care, this facility is not one to send your loved ones to. While in their care, my family member was blatantly ignored, to the point of getting bed sores on her back from neglect. On her first day there, a Friday, a strange woman showed up in her room and told her she needed to go through her belongings that she brought in. Instead of going through the usual hospital bag of clothes you bring in, she sat on the bare floor and started going through her purse. Two nights later, she called for help in her room for the TV and to adjust her bed, and the nurse came in and got frustrated because she wasn’t understanding the controls. Instead of remaining calm and talking her through it, the nurse grabbed the remote out of her hand and then THREW it back at her, hard enough to hit her in the shoulder, and then stormed out of the room. On her last night there, a mouse was stuck in her room trying to run under the door. Again, as much as I support the hardworking men and women who take care of people in need, this facility is not the type to take care of their patients and we quickly relocated her to another facility. I hope anyone that reads this review takes this into consideration and I also truly hope this facility takes this seriously and acts on this treatment and behavior. Disgusting is an understatement.

Do not bring your loved one here. 2 nurses to 45 patients. There was holes in the ceiling. Heard nurses telling patients to “knock it off” and also scolding patients for asking to use the bathroom on their lunch break. Awful experience

Goodmorning 🙂 Alice has already made my morning 🌄 Her infectious smile and caring for me are awesome 👌 She has brightened my day already, and She always does. She is an incredible person and nurse.. She seriously needs a raise!!! Without her here, I'm not sure this place would be tolerable. She exceeds all expectations and knows all the patients/residents' needs. She really is caring and always makes my mornings tolerable. It's not easy for us to be here..away from our families..for me. My brothers, my mom and my son. I miss them much..I am trying to find a better place for me to go, but unfortunately, because I live in NH, there really is nowhere else to go. So, while I'm here, it's nice to have someone who cares and smiles and laughs and keeps my spirits alive. I've had a tough time, and I'm not the nicest person at times, but it's all reactive... I don't belong here. I've superseded my needs. It's a stepping stone, and I hope to leave here soon, but as long as I'm here, it's nice to have someone like Alice who helps to keep my spirits up. So thank you so much, Alice ❤️ A lot of the staff are also sweet and caring, but some of them are clearly just here for their paychecks...so I hope they're paid well!!

RegalCare cared for my mom in her last days as the last 5 days I could no longer provide the level of care that she needed in my home. Literally from the moment of contact that I made with Nathan in admissions, I felt an extreme sense of support during this time. Nathan stayed at work for over two hours when he was supposed to be off his shift. He waited for me until I got out of work to meet with him and check out their facility. I explained that I would like the most peaceful room for her. Not only was the room peaceful, they gave her the biggest room that they had available. The entire staff of nurses that cared for my mom were all so caring & kind. I’m Very Grateful that my mom had such a peaceful passing. I’m grateful I was able to spend as much time with my mom in such a peaceful environment. As a result of each staff support, kindness, and caring ways, I have gifted them something for their facility. Literally, the only reason that I’m only giving four stars is that furniture and interior is quite a bit outdated. If I was rich, I would offer to redecorate & redo each of the rooms & provide new furniture & updated nursing stations. Regardless of the outdated furniture and decor, If you take the time to look past that, know that you are in great care at RegalCare!
