We have used the services of Right At Home (Bedford) for almost 2 years. First, a few hours per week and for the past 1.5 years we’ve had a live in care giver. This has allowed our family member to remain at home. Our primary caregiver has fit in very well and when she is off, the fill in staff has always been personable, caring and attentive. We highly recommend Right At Home for both the hourly visits and live in services. Office staff is always reachable and responsive to our needs.

Right at Home rescued us from a challenging situation when we required round the clock aides for our elderly mom in her last six months. The professional staff were so thoughtful, wise, kind. They were also totally efficient at quickly filling day and night shifts. The health aides were so kind, caring, responsible. I would recommend Right at Home with ZERO reservations.

What a blessing Suzanne has been for my dad. Right at Home found the perfect caregiver for my father. She’s caring, efficient and keeps him on schedule! Right at Home keeps all of us the loop with any concerns they have – communication has been excellent. Flexibility is important and they have worked with us right from the beginning. All dealings with Right At Home people from nurses, schedulers, billing etc. has been wonderful. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Right at Home to friends.
