The staff here is truly amazing. I especially want to recognize OT Raven Green for her exceptional care. Her expertise, deep knowledge, and dedication to best practices played a major role in my loved one’s recovery. She showed genuine compassion and professionalism every step of the way. Every one of you is a credit to your profession and should be very proud of what you do. Jessica Harris is by far one of the most compassionate and giving people I have had the pleasure to know. I want to give a shoutout to Bertrice, the certified wound care nurse at Arabella Health Care. On 1/5/2026, I let her know how much I appreciate her wound care treatments. When she does my wound care, the dressings actually stay on until the next scheduled change, and I don’t have to worry about them coming loose or falling off. That peace of mind really means a lot. You can tell she takes her time and does things the right way. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism. And I want to also give a shout-out to Latrisha Stinson. One of many amazing cna's they have here. She's attentive and kind. I really appreciate the care and consistency from both her and nursing staff.

I’m very grateful for the care my uncle received while recovering from surgery at Arabella Birmingham. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. During my visits, I consistently witnessed residents being treated with respect and dignity. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a comforting, homelike atmosphere. The team did an excellent job keeping our family informed about my uncle’s progress and assisted with a smooth transition back home once his therapy was completed. Their support gave us real peace of mind. Knowing my loved one was safe and well cared for meant everything to us, and Arabella Birmingham truly exceeded our expectations throughout his recovery process.
