I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing home and the care they provided for my great grandmother. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect. The clinical staff went above and beyond to ensure her health and comfort were always a top priority. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly caring…not just doing their jobs, but making her feel valued every single day. The environment was always clean, welcoming, and peaceful. Even the food exceeded expectations. It was well-prepared, enjoyable, and thoughtfully planned, which made a big difference in her overall happiness and well-being. Most importantly, all staff treated her like family. That level of kindness and dedication is something we will never forget. I am beyond grateful for the love and care they gave her.

I wouldn't put my loved one there ever. My uncle is passing away. Cna was caught sleeping in a dying patient's room, the cna was rude and very disrespectful. Im shocked how much the facility has declined. I used to think highly about the place.

My mom was a resident at Redbanks for two years. She lived the majority of her stay on the Harbor Unit (Dementia Unit). All of the staff we great to my mom and I would not have wanted her anywhere else. Toward the end of her life I was approached about her going to a Inpatient Hopsice Center to which I declined because I wanted her where the staff knew and loved her. Redbanks was a great place for us and I am would recommend to anyone to place their loved one there. Thank you to all the staff!!
