I would not recommend anyone go to this nursing facility. My grandmother was here and they are very rude and avoidant whenever my mother goes to visit her. The food is terrible and is served cold. They do not let the residents finish their food. She is now in the hospital because they let her fall.

The place looked like a place for the poor and destitute !!! If a person was thrown away and had no where else to go !!! There was little black bugs flying around and most time no cover over the food !!? Mixed vegetables and sandwiches most days !!! The aides would avoid helping the patients and just told my brother to just boo boo on his self because it was easier for them to clean him up !!! And the aides avoided the patients like the plague !!! And we had to bring food to my brother every day mostly and washed his clothes ourselves !!! And when we tried to take him out of the facility they notified adult protective service stating that we were neglecting my brother so they came to our home to do a follow-up and stated we just want his money !!! Very disappointed in this placed the most !!! The only good thing about it it was 7 minutes away from the home but everything else was absolutely terrible !!!

My mother in law is temporarily placed here for rehabilitation after being hit by a vehicle. The staff is so friendly and nice and have been treating her so good. I highly recommend this place if your loved one is in need of rehabilitation.

I could not be happier with the care we received at Red Oak Health & Rehabilitation Center. The discharge process was smooth and stress-free, and Taylor took the time to answer every question my brother had about our mom. Even when my mama became upset, Taylor was so patient, comforting, and reassuring, making sure she felt safe and understood that she was still going home. Thank you to Red Oak Health & Rehabilitation Center and Taylor for taking such amazing care of my mama.
