I had a wonderful tour with Susie at La Casa Balboa. Susie was delightful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My experience with her was positive and enjoyable. I felt like she heard me when I spoke and addressed all my concerns. The property is clean (laundry facility as well as property) and lovely with flowers and plants that appeal to the hummingbirds and butterflies….which I love. Photography is a passion of mine so, I’m in!!!

We are so grateful to have Susy as our new community complex manager. When we had broken stairs that went unrepaired for over two months under the previous management, Susy stepped in and had the issue resolved within just a few days—even though she had only been here for two weeks. She is incredibly sweet, helpful, professional, and kind, and she truly listens to residents’ concerns. This is a senior community, and it deserves someone with her level of care and dedication. Even when she is busy, Susy takes the time to prioritize our needs and resolve issues with compassion and efficiency. We feel very fortunate to have her here. Susy is exactly the type of manager our community needs!

I am so sad to leave after meeting the wonderful new manager Suzy. My parents have lived here for more than a decade and leaving under unfortunate circumstances. New people moving in will love the new management and wonderful apartment home.
