Reviewing here as a delivery driver, not anyone related to this facility.<br><br>I had an order to deliver to a resident here. They told me to meet at the back door, I opened the door and an alarm tripped. Instead of entering, I stayed at the door. An angry nurse then came to yell at me saying “why would trip the alarm and not enter?” My logic would be “oh, this is possible safety issue. Should stay put so they can see me and identify me”.<br><br>I would not suggest letting your friends or loved ones stay at this facility if the faculty don’t care about security and have that kind of attitude toward others. She may need some rest or something.

Rae Ann of Westlake provided my brother with exceptional care for 15 months. My brother has a lot of health issues especially being a cancer, trach and feeding tube patient. The only reason he left was to be with his son who resides out of state. Rae Ann of Westlake has a very unique care unit for trach and vent patients, their staff is literally available 24/7! The staff is extremely caring, efficient and helpful! Dillion (Facility Director) is very approachable, pleasant and always willing to help in anyway he can. Christa (Social Worker) will address any needs or concerns you have. Debbie (Nurse Manager) is extremely organized, understanding and helpful. The following nursing staff members have been absolutely AMAZING and provided excellent care for my brother !!<br>Nurses; Gabbie, Aleah and Megah. Respiratory Nurses; Brian, Fidaa and Anita. Aides: Maya, G, Noel, JJ and Veronica. Transportation: Eric, Norman and Thomas. Receptionist: Mildred.<br>THANK YOU, for what you all do and for the great care you provided to my brother Spencer!!!<br><br>Sharon Hoyett and Family

A friend of mines mother was sent there. She went to visit her on a Saturday, her mother was in a wheelchair facing the wall! My friend asked them to call a ambulance because her mother was not talking nor acting her normal self! Raeann did not call (for atleast 4 hours +) my friends mother was stroking! This is not even half of the horrible care that my friends mother was given. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Due to numerous ongoing health problems, my beloved husband was a resident patient for 3 years, finally being placed on Sincere Hospice palliative care with Rae-Ann Westlake. The care he received was wonderful. The entire staff from admin to nursing and aides treated him as though he was a member of their families. He was shown compassion and dignity ever
