All homes include weekly housekeeping, same-day maintenance responses, and flexible month-to-month contracts. Assisted Living and Memory Care options are available on-site, allowing residents to transition without relocating if care needs change.

Dining is flexible and chef-prepared, with Independent Living including one meal per day plus Sunday brunch, while Assisted Living and Memory Care residents receive three daily meals. A remodeled bistro offers coffee, breakfast pastries, sandwiches, salads, and daily specials. All residents have access to the LifeLoop digital platform for browsing event calendars, signing up for activities, submitting maintenance requests, and messaging staff 24/7.

Activities and enrichment include fitness classes, happy hours by the pool, neighborhood strolls, and outings to nearby Scottsdale attractions including Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Memory Care operates under the Apollo program, described as a fresh approach designed to maximize life at all stages.
