Its unacceptable how poorly they take care of these poor people here! I went to visit one of my family members and the memory care was awful! Everything stunk and it seems like they don't take care of anyone at all. Do not recommend having anyone here.

UPDATE 8/7/26 - MORE RESIDENTS ARE HAVING VALUABLES STOLEN FROM THEIR ROOMS! this is not a one-off theft. numerous residents have had THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of heirlooms, gold, diamonds etc taken by someone that has KEYED ACCESS to their units.<br>this is unacceptable. please update with the actions being taken to stop this.<br><br>this is overall a lovely facility & we love how our mother is cared for: lots of engaging activities, music, games & genuine friendships to be had.<br>HOWEVER, residents are having valuables stolen from their locked rooms.<br>please take extra care if you choose this place, get a safe and/or a hidden camera, because it appears your belongings are not safe here.

I am so upset by how stinky and dirty the memory care was this weekend. My family member had the same clothes on as yesterday and stunk. We visited hAnd the poor caregiver told me she had no help and is her usually herself on the weekends. And how rude is the medtech. I am not the POA but my sister will hear about this.

I am so pleased with the new memory care activities! I stop in and my mom is smiling and a busy bee. I want to thank Meg for the pictures she sends me of my mom in a variety of fun looking activities . It pretty amazing how she gets all of those people to join in all by herself. Keep up the good work!

Dining room service is abusive. I come down to order at the designated order area for take out. No one ever comes. I go to the nearest table. Wait another 20 minutes. Then another 15 minutes till I leave. Once again. There's no management in the kitchen it seems.<br><br>I order room services getting $5 in delivery. Usually they make it if not I have to buy out.<br><br>I no longer recommend this place to live. I had a nurse appointment. I didn't even get my food
