I have talked to administrator here they have lost my mom's stuff while she was in hospital have asked several times to no avail also asked them to shower her and they haven't done that yet come on people do your job I did when I worked in nursing homes in upset about this and I will get up with someone higher up if they haven't fixed this by tomorrow

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the standard of care provided to my mother at your facility. The level of attention she received was, in my estimation, significantly below acceptable standards, leading to a medical condition that necessitated her transfer back to the hospital. This condition, in my professional judgment, should have been identified and addressed by your nursing staff. I find the circumstances surrounding her treatment within your care to be entirely unacceptable. Consequently, I cannot recommend any PruittHealth facility. Furthermore, I have initiated a formal complaint with the state regulatory authorities for a full investigation into this facility.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care and treatment my mother has been receiving at your facility. We are new here, and this experience has been extremely distressing for both of us. On multiple occasions, staff members have been unapproachable and dismissive when I have asked questions. One instance in particular stands out: while I was patiently waiting to ask a question, the staff member responded as though I was a bother. I remained calm and respectful, despite the unprofessional tone. On another occasion, I entered my mother’s room and found her sitting in wet sheets. When I asked a staff member about obtaining clean towels, the response was abrupt and rude, stating, “Did you see some? We don’t have any.” Again, I remained calm, but the lack of compassion was concerning. Additionally, my mother’s comforter was taken to the laundry and has not been returned or replaced. When I asked about it, no one could locate it, and no replacement has been provided. Most concerning was an incident where my mother pressed her call button and waited over 30 minutes with no response. She eventually called me for help. I arrived within 20 minutes, and still no staff member had come to assist her. As a result, she was forced to use the bathroom on herself. I personally cleaned her, changed her linens, and ensured she was comfortable. This should not have happened.

My husband spent the last year of his life at Pruitt Neuse. The whole time he was there I felt he was well cared for. The nurses and aids on his floor always treated him with respect and care.

Your team dedication, patience, expertise, humor and compassion truly made a difference. It turned a scary situation into a peaceful experience. Words alone cannot express how thankful my family is knowing that you have taken excellent care of our father. Thank you so much for everything you do to help others.
