I appreciate how involved Home Instead is in the community and the way they support seniors and families. Their team is always kind and helpful. I see them out at so many events giving back and advocating for seniors.

Had a hip replacement on 4/23 and had hired Home Instead. Had financial problems as they wanted my bank acct. Info. Was told they would draft bills on the 15th and the 1st. And on day 3 of service that account Had been drained. They held my money until my last day of service and then refunded what they didnt use. I spent my recovery thinking I had been scammed and on the phone with bank dealing with overdraft fees because the account was drained. Horrible experience with management but the ladies that cared for me were sweet, polite and I couldn't have asked for better care. There has got to be a better way to collect money. It all worked out in the end but I needed rest and recovery and this added so much stress to my situation.

My wife and I started services when my wife was in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's, we have had very good caregivers come helping us during the transition. Peg and the RN Deb have help us out and guide us through this journey and they both and the staff have made us feel like family. We hope to continue being with Home Instead for many years.

Anyone looking into this agency for your loved one do yourself a favor and RUN the other way ! Unfortunately I used this company for a family member and it was an all around awful experience, which resulted in my loved one being put in danger and was seriously injured in their hands. Not once but twice, because of their negligence . How the company handled the incidents were very unprofessional . The aides they send are not properly trained or vetted, and also they are not consistent. The aides called off of work constantly as well as arriving late. The company also does not stand by nor honor the contracts they want filled out. Bottom line they are clearly in the business for the money but not for the care of patients. So please find someone better for your loved one

555555!!! The aide from Home Instead was a life saver to me. She did such an awesome job with my dad who had severe dementia. My dad even called her an extraordinary person and always enjoyed her visits! She showed not only great compassion but also wisdom in dealing with his different moods. My overall experience with Home Instead was quite positive.
