Susan and her team have been a godsend in a very difficult situation. They allowed my mom to stay much longer in Independent living than she would have without their help. They have been my eyes and ears on the ground and an incredible advocate for my mom. I couldn't be happier 🙏🏼

I definitely recommend Susan and her team if you need aides in the home. The company is very professional and very reliable. The aides are very caring. They went out of their way to make a tough situation go as smoothly as possible.

I have been with Susan and Independent Living Home Care Agency for two months now, and Lou was my care taker . She would bathe me 3x a week, and just like the post office, she even came during the snow. Very accountable and dependable. Susan and Lou both care deeply for their clients and always was there when I had questions. With ALS, KFS and a brain tumor, I was always texting them about something. I Would highly recommend using Susan and her staff for all your care and needs

A company to have an owner so knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate is a company I trust! Independent living is an In Home aide agency I know can be relied on. To have such caring and educated aides tend to your loved one when you can't be there, or just need additional help is such a relief!
