There's so much negativity about this place it's hard to name them all. Majority of the time the food ishorrible. I doubt that the kitchen staff would eat it. There's roaches, spiders and ants. I have submitted a mesh bag of clothes to the laundry with my name on them. I received none of my clothes back. My current CNA found my mesh bag (that contained my clothes) with nothing in it in another residence's closet. There's not enough staff to handle this amount of residents but they keep admitting residents. This leads to stressed out staffs, which leads to multiple errors. This place reeks of urine and feces. They really need to take up the carpet and remove/replace the padding underneath. By cleaning the top carpet is not going to do any good. That's the tip of the iceberg. There's some more. I will say the reason I'm giving the facility credit (2 stars), there are staff who really care for the residents and want to see us taking care of and the activities that they have. It really is my soloist. I think the "powers to be" should stop cutting off the branches of the tree and start cutting the roots of the tree.
