WOW…. My 90 year old parents are at a Pruitt memory care and were released from a Hospice leaving them in need of immediate care. The director ( Jodi Battle) at their memory care Pruitt at Wesleyan told me she was contacting Pruitt Hospice/ Palliative care and we would be in good hands and WOW was she right! The next day Aresia Butts came to the facility and was my first point of contact and she was AMAZING … immediately put me at ease assuring me all would be ok and she not only walked me through the opening process but kept me in loop and followed through and handled all the details. Then I met Priscilla Brown the admissions nurse firstly by phone . She was so sweet assuring me she was on top of it all and my parents were going to be in good hands and boy was she right. She met me the next a.m. started with a hug assured me she would take care of everything and she sure did , she stayed for hours admitted them to Pruitt Hospice and started making things happen. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful team now caring for my loved ones! Thank you

Great team!! This team has so much compassion and knowledge. The best part about the team is they are always here and willing to go above and beyond at any time. When you call you never get a recording, you will always speak to a nurse. Great hospice team!! The Admission nurse is amazing!! She is full of knowledge, and never in a rush through the process. We would chose the team all over again if we have too.

We had a wonderful experience with Pruitt. They made this very difficult time so much easier. Thanks especially to Leslie for helping us with everything on the day of my mom's passing. She was definitely exceptional. She was very professional yet caring. I would definitely recommend using this company.
