Ashley Goolsby, Administrator at PruittHealth on the east side of Macon, truly exceeded every expectation I had. Being new to this process, I had a lot of concerns and questions, and she took the time to address every single one with the utmost professionalism, patience, and clarity. She didn’t just give answers—she made sure I fully understood everything she explained, which meant so much during such an overwhelming time. You often hear people say they’ll take care of your loved one’s needs, but it’s rare to actually experience that level of care in reality. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but they were exceeded in every way possible. On top of her professionalism, she was genuinely a joy to speak with—kind, compassionate, and reassuring. That combination is hard to find, and it made all the difference. I highly, highly recommend Ashley Goolsby to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and delivers exceptional service.

My company donated food for nurses week and the staff plus Miss. Ashley Goolsby was so appreciative. Everyone was so helpful with setting up. Miss Goolsby really cares about her staff/ residents and it shows.

The Administrator has made such a positive difference since coming to this facility!!! The attitude of the Staff have improved greatly!!! The residents look good and they are happy!!! They have made so much needed changes in the clinical leadership!!!!
