The director is very nasty and won’t pay you your money and they would tell you to wait two more weeks before you get paid …This place I would never have my grandparents or my parents stay there…..Very unprofessional and rude

This place really needs an upgrade! Starting with the front. Jazz as the “Director” is very unprofessional. She has a very bad disposition when it comes to her attitude. I understand why the staff is overworked and underpaid.<br>I’m sorry for the elders that lives here, the state definitely needs to pay this place a visit.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and professionalism at this facility. From the very beginning, the Director, Jassica Bowdler, moved mountains to swiftly accommodate my father-in-law. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the entire team; she is truly the absolute best!<br>​The transition was seamless thanks to the patience of the staff, the director, and even the driver. However, I have to give a super special shout-out to two beautiful souls: Resident Assistants Aniyah and Tyeshia Moore.<br>When I say "loving," I mean it. They were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to keep me updated on his progress. Most importantly, when it came time for his final transition, they ensured he passed peacefully. It honestly scares me to think he could have been alone without anyone to comfort him during his phasing, but thanks to them, he was surrounded by care. They put in a genuine extra effort to ease my nerves while he was in their hands.<br>​I am forever grateful for the kindness shown to our family during his final days. Even though I no longer have a loved one there, the impact they made was so profound that I plan to stay in touch and volunteer as often as possible. If you are looking for a place that treats patients with dignity and true love, this is it.

Jazzica is awesome! Jazz will go far and beyond to meet your needs. She is an outstanding Director. The facility and the workers are outstanding. I love them all. It's a great place to keep your loved ones at. They take care of your needs, great food and love the activities the have for the seniors. Come join us.

I love this facility, the best decision I made placing my beloved daddy there. Jas and her crew is amazing!! If I ever have questions or concerns they are always there to help. I really appreciate everything they do there. Thanks Jas❤️
