Ingleside Manor | An RHF Community

Ingleside Manor is a subsidized housing community in Macon, Georgia, designed for older adults aged 62 and older. The three-story apartment community contains 87 one-bedroom units, including five handicap-accessible units equipped with roll-in showers and accessible features for residents with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments.

The community is situated in a wooded area near restaurants, retail businesses, churches, medical and dental offices, and public transportation. Residents have access to a community room with kitchen facilities, a library, a computer room, and a wellness/exercise room with elder-friendly equipment. On-site laundry facilities feature coin-operated washers and dryers, and a Service Coordinator is available to help residents obtain low or no-cost services to maintain independent living.

Each apartment offers 550 square feet with one bedroom, a kitchen featuring a pass-through counter, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and range, and a large step-in shower with grab bars. The community maintains security through a key fob entry system, intercom for guests, and a camera system throughout. Elevators are available, along with two parking lots and on-site management offices.

Ingleside Manor welcomes pets, including fish and birds without deposit, and small dogs and cats with a $150 refundable deposit, limited to one animal per apartment with certain size and breed restrictions. The community maintains garbage centers on each floor with recycling options and is within walking distance of the Macon Transit bus stop, though transportation is not provided by the community.
