I am very disappointed in this place, I have a brother which has been in this facility less than 2 months, I spoke with the facility staff and informed them I had a family emergency and would be gone for 3days and would be calling to check on him because being in the rehabilitation center has made him depressed, I called several times and no one answered the phone, i left several messages with the receptionist, she even went to the nurses station to give the messages and no one returned my . I came back today 6/13/2026 and came directly to the facility he reaped of piss due to no one had changed him, this is unacceptable, I will filing a complaint to the corporate office this place do not show compassion.

My Dad has been there since June. I don't know what they do with his clothes, because he has lost SOOOO many clothes there even though I put up a sign that Family will do laundry. Initially when he got there for rehab for a total knee replacement, they took good care of him... but now he probably don't get a shower once every two weeks or even less than that!

My dad was recently there. When we went to pick him up there was a pile of trash under his bed and the floor was grimy. I can’t tell the place doesn’t get cleaned regularly. At one point he asked me to go ask the nurses to get him some medicine and they flat out lied and just ignored us. When we got home he told me how horrible the experience was and he felt like if he stayed any longer he wouldn’t have made it. He would have been better off coming home. I would absolute not let your loved one end up here. They lack compassion and don’t communicate well at all.

This building has come a long way. The staff and the looks of the building has changed so much in a short period of time. Amazing medical staff and maintenance team has really turned things around. I recommend this place to everyone.
