I’m at a total loss as to why these apartments are so expensive. They’re outdated, it smells bad, and the don’t have real chefs preparing the meals. They’re very old and much renovation is needed. The carpet needs to be removed out of the entire building. Carpet holds bad odors, allergens and other toxic things that aren’t safe for the residents. The heating/ cooling systems definitely need to be updated. There needs to be security on site 24 hours. Many other things need to be done to begin to ask these rediculous rates. You’re literally robbing these senior citizens. The staff is friendly and there are lots of activities. However, that still doesn’t justify these outrageous rates. Do better!!! The 2 star rating is for staff and activities only. The rest needs an overhaul.
