We have new management, there have been a lot of good changes. Things are being done. The way it should be invoiced is being met. I really like the Pleasant Prairie campus.

The tenants at Prairie Ridge Sr. Are great to work with!!! They welcome everyone with open arms. They have lots of events that they attend such as Bingo, brunch buddies, social hour and much much more. They look after each other, which shows the kindness and the ki d of neighbors we have at Pr. Ridge.

I have been here for three years now. Most of the time was great. We did have an issue with bad offer management when our grea manager retired last December. That office manager was terrible and was replaced several months ago, and we are very happy with the new manager. Our maintenance manager is very good and helpful. Many social activities available for those who are interested. Have made many new friends and would definitely recommend it. Like any apartment, it's is not perfect. It is what you make it.

Horrible place they don't care at all.(updates 4/10/23) I called today to ask for a well being check. Vicki's (office lady) response we don't do well being checks on residents and abruptly hung up. Don't let your love one move here you'll find them in tears from the way they are treated.
