I am so grateful for Susan Pinto at Arden Courts. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful in getting my Dad settled into his new facility. She made a difficult transition as seamless as possible. I can’t thank her enough for her compassion and professionalism.

I helped transition a relative in the early stages of dementia to Arden Court from living on their own. This was a very tough transition. Arden Court staff, particularly Susan Pinto, could not have been more helpful in making this transition successful. They were willing to spend the time to help my relative understand and accept her changing circumstances. I can't express how grateful I am for their patience, devotion and assistance.

I met Susan Pinto when I was looking for a memory care center specializing in dementia for my companion who was just out of a rehabilitation center after hip replacement surgery. I also was going to have surgery with a long convalescence which would prevent me from visiting my companion for long weeks and I needed to be assured that the selected memory care center would be the right place for my companion to be secured, receive attentive care and live in a cozy and pleasant environment. Susan Pinto was extremely helpful, warm and compassionate and did not hesitate to help me beyond the call of duty (when I compare her professional behavior to the ones from other similar centers' staff in the same advisory position that I visited). She is extremely devoted to her job and always presents Arden Courts under the best possible lights. She is knowledgeable, professional and provided me with valuable advice. I would definitely recommend Arden Courts thanks to her own way of welcoming prospective clients and assisting families. Annie Seys

As a physician, my wife and I searched carefully for a memory care facility for my mother in law. Arden Courts Potomac exceeded our every need. Arden Courts of Potomac is truly a remarkable memory care community. After their recent remodel, the environment feels warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for residents’ needs. The team here, including Susan Pinto and the new Executive Director and Kitchen Director, has been incredibly dedicated to enhancing the quality of care and ensuring smooth transitions for new residents. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Susan on a couple of clients who moved from our rehab to Arden Courts, and the experience has been seamless. The staff’s compassion, expertise, and commitment to resident well-being have made all the difference. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in excellent hands. As a professional in the senior industry I can say I can highly recommend!
