The service at Pleasant Lake Villa was phenomenal! I enjoyed the access to the snack food in the vending machines. People always greeted me in the hallway. Therapy was great to work with. Everyone was kind and provided gentle care.

Stay far away from this place if you value your loved one. I wish I would have. I wouldn't leave a dog here.

As much as I do thank the nurse whom I never caught her name for looking after my grandma until she sadly died yestetrday, she went above and beyond, this place leaves a lot to be desired. The smell is noticeable and things just look old or desparately call for an update. My grandmother deserved better. The food was minimal and smelled horrible. There were times I had to ask the staff multiple times to check my grandmother's vitals, give her medicine when needed and overall, there really was nothing too pleasant about this place. I know she is in a better place now.

I would genuinely rate this place a 0/5 stars if I could. Simply terrible and horrible staff. Poor response time. Very neglectful.
