Family reviews paint a mixed but largely positive picture. Many visitors and relatives highlight the cleanliness of the physical environment and a warm community feel where staff and residents interact genuinely. One family noted the staff is "incredibly kind, patient, and attentive," while another appreciated how "the facility is clean, inviting, and feels like a real community, not just a place to stay." Managers, including Danielle, are described as responsive and quick to address concerns. Everyone seems to want help around here, but slow on the response time.

I have been eating instatutional food since was 14 off and on til I was 22, and the food here seems to be better than some in the past. They do tend to way over cook the vegetables.

Anthony, and Jaylen (sp) have been good to me when I needed help with a few minor things. Some medical and some not. The female aides have been very good to me as well, when I can catch them.

The living is modern, easy if challenging at times. I ended up in the Assistant Living quarters after a questionable therapeutic evaluation removed me from the skilled nursing area following a traumatic event I had experienced. Manager. Danielle, is responsive and accommodating, and quick to act if things go wrong.

Unfortunately aides are often slow to respond to the help buzzer residents are given, or sometimes don’t show at all. Nurses are difficult to access particularly if there is an urgent issue to discuss.
Overall yhe food is good, but the kitchen seems unresponsive to requests. I indicated I did not eat red meat, but it is constantly offered on my plate.

Overall, staff is pleasant. The receptionist is very helpful, and one staff member was helpful in getting my diet changed from “ mechanical” to “ regular.”

The grounds are pleasant, but would suggest the smokers be relegated to a specific area.

I would recommend Legacy to any family looking for a clean, mostly efficient, facility for a love one in need. A friend once shared the largest toom on earth, is one for improvement.
R. E. Kisner
