Upon entering this Sunday, the smell of urine hits you in the face. Every breath you inhale has a patients foul aroma to it. After checking in and taking walk to end of the north hall you will notice soiled linen bags hanging outside of patient's room. It was so uncomfortable, the patient I was visiting suggested we go outside. We had been sitting in the lounge area where the arcade game was, but it was a soiled linen bag hanging on the door about to fall off due the sheer weight, made it hard to even want to sit down. It makes you think that every fabric piece of furniture has been urinated in. A staff member walked thru spraying a can of air freshener, but it was easily defeated by the amount of saturated linen on most of the patient's doors. The facility is beautiful and accommodating to the patient's needs. Clean floors and walls, pleasant and engaging staff.
