Great location and near trains. I have a family friend who lives here. Since there's new Staff they don't do any activities for the seniors. Staff don't check on the seniors. Seniors were own their own during the COVID pandemic and during the winter storms. Elevators are always breaking down and there's no emergency plan in place.

My friend’s mom used to live here for many years. She said the services here was always the top notch. The rooftop has majestic views of Brooklyn Heights, Manhattan Bridge, Manhattan and even Liberty Statue!
