Brookdale North Scottsdale has been an excellent senior living facility for my brother. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The facility itself is lovely, well kept and comfortable. Staff made the move to Brookdale easy for my brother. The staff went out of their way to meet my brother when he arrived, and still today they take time to chat with him casually every time they see him.

I thoroughly enjoyed specific people in management. Shawn the ED is extremely supportive and she was the entire time I was there she truly takes pride in what she does. Osviany was a pure joy for me does her job well and was so nice, Lisa who is no longer DON was just awesome! Donald Don such a thorough hard working intelligent person and I overly respected what he does and how he does it. SALES!! Your amazing and your my cup of tea. I didn't get to know anyone too well but most of the management team I honestly enjoyed. I left for personal reasons but for anyone seeing this this building has The HAPPIEST MOST SATISFIED RESIDENTS I've ever met. Nothing is ever perfect but happy residents is a rarity and it's here. (Not a fan of the kitchen staff sorry) food is decent and Enesa was phenomenal and the best cook back there.

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The people are the kindest people I’ve ever met and there’s always something to do. The place is truly clean and the food is excellent! The people that work here work their butts off and I want to give them the biggest thumbs up especially Elissa I am one of the youngest persons that lives here as I am 53 years old yet I seem to just mesh with people that are a little bit older than me. If you’re looking to stay here, please come because I promise you will enjoy it!

A wonderful place. My brother's wife became ill in about 8/2018. It was obvious that he could not be alone. Started looking for a place soon thereafter with the help of a Senior Housing Placement person. When we walked in, I felt comfortable and thought this could be a good place for him. By the time we left, I was sure of it and he felt the same way. Will, and Alex, and Nicole were extremely cooperative and went out of their way over the many months to work with my brother to make the move happen. My brother moved into Brookdale North Scottsdale about a month ago (8/5/19). He was happy the day he moved in and continues to be so. A wonderful added bonus is that the residents are welcoming and friendly. It is a safe caring place for my brother. I live in Maryland and feel very comfortable with his well-being knowing that he is a resident at Brookdale. My brother participates in many of the activities and enjoys them. I find the staff to be friendly and willing to help. The management staff continues to check to be sure that things are going well for him. The physical building is light, bright and seems to be well cared for. I am very happy that my brother is happy there!!!

My grandmother has been a resident at Brookdale Scottsdale for several years now. The whole family worried at first when she was placed into a senior living facility. The staff at Brookdale took so much of the worry away. From day one, Nicole Southey (Brookdale Scottsdale Director) and her staff have treated my grandma as their own family. As soon as you walk in, the environment is a warm and loving one. The care that they give each resident is amazing. I have been in other facilities before and none of them could ever come close to giving the care that the residents receive at Brookdale Scottsdale. If there has ever been an issue, Nicole makes it a priority to see that it is handled and taken care of promptly. I could go on and on about how wonderful Nicole and her staff are. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one, there is no need to look any further. This place is amazing! The care and attention that your loved one will receive from Brookdale cannot be surpassed! Thank you Nicole and staff for all the love you have given my Grandma. We cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you have given our family!
