I had the opportunity to complete my clinicals at Sante in Scottsdale, and working with CNA Fine was one of the best parts of my experience. He is excellent at what he does and truly cares about both his patients and the students he works with. Fine is very patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to teach. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and helped me build confidence in my nursing skills. His passion for healthcare is clear in everything he does, and it shows through the high quality care he provides every day. I learned so much from him during my clinical rotation, and I am grateful for the guidance and support he gave me. Sante is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and compassionate as Fine on their team.

My husband, Mark has been at Sante for two weeks now, with more to come. Words cannot explain our appreciation for such an amazing staff! His CNAs like Monica, Rick, Alicia, Daphne, Daniele, to name a few. His fantastics nurses like Ida, Con, Solomon, and Linda. His PT and OT people like Ram, Amanda, Jill, Taylor and Annette. They all are so kind, helpful, supportive, and they all make this unfortunate health experience as comfortable as possible. They all deserve a raise in our minds! We highly recommend this facility when you are in need of this level of care. The facility is clean, nice, and comfortable. We pray you don't need this, but if you do, this is the right place. THANK YOU, Monica for giving us the link to make this review. We appreciate you! P.S. Wanted to comment on a few more amazing staff that jumped in since we wrote this original review: Nurse Abby, CNA Cathy and Jeniece, and Karina have been so kind, helpful, and comforting. We just cannot say enough about this caring team of nursing professionals.

This place has been great. The lady I am an in-home caregiver for is currently staying here and she has had some amazing staff caring for her. I want to specifically mention the CNA she had the most Fine is his name. He has been great. He has been so kind, caring, and compassionate. She has stayed here in the past but it’s been a few years but this time it has well exceeded our expectations. A lot of has been because of Fine he is such a hard worker when he saw me looking for cranberry juice and I told him the fridge was out of it he called and even went downstairs and got enough to stock the fridge himself. That is above and beyond service and it is greatly appreciated.

The best thing about Sante in North Scottsdale is Benny. I believe his position there is the assistant kitchen manager. He consistently went above and beyond to improve the quality of service that residents receive. He cares about the person and their experience. He was one of the few people that seemed to know what they were doing and had the desire to follow through and complete the task correctly. Benny cares. Sante doesn’t. Overall the facility (building) itself is nice, but staff are overwhelmed, overworked, and probably not being paid well enough to even act like they care. From nurses who didn’t even give a glass of water when giving a pill, to routine blood draws that happen in the middle of the night, to long wait times when calling for help, there is a serious lack of coordination and communication from the top down. I was constantly told things that never came to fruition. Even simple tasks of updating the date on the patient board would not get done. If I did not have family to help, i think that the door to the room would have been closed and only reopened when the 20 day Medicare billing timeframe was up. Do better Sante.

This is a very nice little Bistro with several homemade selections to choose from. I have used it several times since my husband has been at Sante. Very convenient and comfortable setting. Thanks Benny.. You are so friendly and easy to work with. Thank you.. This staff have been incredible and have taken such good care of my husband. Kudos to all who have worked with him..PT, (Jill), OT and ST as well as the nurses and CNAs. ( I am sorry if I can't remember all the names.) CNA Bianca and Sonya have been particularly helpful and the nurse Elvis has been exceptional. It takes a particular type of person to work with elderly or those who are in need of skilled nursing and rehab and this place does a fabulous job. You can tell the staff who love their jobs. The administrator Steven is also a very nice man. I locked my keys in the car one day and he even offered to give me a ride home to pick them up. That's above and beyond. My daughter was able to bring them however.
