I went there to see a elderly person and I was surprised how filthy the place was. The staff for the most part were showing no concern for the patient I went to see. Had to wait close to 20 minutes before someone made themselves available to answer a question for help. We took him outside to the area where the patient can get some fresh air and the tables were filthy. We had to get some towels from one of the staff to wipe the tables down and dry them. The white towels turned black because of the filth. We had already laid something on the table before we saw how filthy it was. The chairs were just as bad. All of the chair pillows were soiled as if they had been urinated on a few times. I've been to quite a few facilities over the years and this is by far the worst I've seen counting the staff and cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend Heritage Court Post Acute to anyone who expects safe, consistent, or competent care for their loved one. During my father’s stay, I had to personally review his medication list multiple times because of repeated errors that could have seriously harmed him. Weekly lab orders were not followed correctly, and I constantly had to remind staff or verify whether labs were drawn at all. Nurses also failed to monitor his calorie intake despite his ongoing nutritional concerns. Communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to follow up on scheduling updates often after offering to handle the scheduling myself because no one could give me a straight answer. My father’s low blood pressures were ignored, even though he was symptomatic. When we finally took him to an outside office appointment, the physician immediately recommended he go to the ER due to hypotension and tachycardia, issues the facility should have recognized and acted on long before. This level of neglect is unacceptable. My father did not receive the safe or attentive care that any resident deserves. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a facility that takes patient care seriously. Do not send your family members here.

My father had a great experience at Heritage Court. Staff was very kind and very helpful answering all my questions. Rooms were clean, and they were great at handling his specific diet.

If you cherish someone DO NOT bring them to Heritage Court. My amazing mom came for rehab-to get stronger. She declined all 4 days she was there-alarmed at her neglect and decline we took her home. Mom passed away 4 days after. She was placed by the nurses station so she get extra attention-when she pushed her button it would sometimes take 45 minutes for someone to come even though I’d find the nurses talking in their station. There are a couple of caring people but on the whole this is a dirty, sad facility. Letting mom stay there even for 4 days haunts us all. Photos of mom’s room attached
