Very professional staff and always looking for different ways to make the residents have fun especially with activities. Movie nights and popcorn, movie days with popcorn, each resident making individual homemade ice cream. The nurses are great and so polite. They break stuff down so the family members and residents can understand medical decisions. PCNC offers ST/PT/OT and therapy is top notch. The food is actually cooked and seasoned perfectly. The food isn’t cold when served. The cnas are wonderful and so generous with the residents. The residents become the staffs family and are treated as such. If you or a loved one is needing placement whether it’s skilled(therapy to become stronger after an accident or surgery before going back home) or if it’s long term for your family member, this is the place to come to. The nurses and cnas are wonderful with dementia/alzheimers residents, and they are so kind and patient with them. It’s a small town, but the staff is top notch. They are always looking at ways to better the facility. You can call to schedule a tour for a loved one or call the social worker to see what’s needed to get your loved one in a facility like PCNC. 10/10 recommend!!
