Our mother received the utmost care from all staff. I was there daily and was always met with smiling, polite, professional staff every day! Exceptional care and professionalism was received at all times! Highly recommend.

If our family could give a 10 Star Review!!! we would. The compassion, the skill, the overall care from those who helped on the business side to get my mother-n-law into Bedford Care Center, Monroe Hall...all the way to the receptionist at the front desk, to the administrative staff, to the nurses, to the aides, to the cooks, to the maintenance staff who cleaned the floors and rooms...our family felt each one was God sent! Danial Casada, administrator of the center, has brought together a very special team of people with skill and BIG HEARTS! And, when a family is in the process of a "long good bye" to a loved one...those at Bedford Care, Monroe Hall are a God send!

I cannot say enough good about Bedford Care Monroe. They instantly made my mother feel like family. Any time I had a question or concern day or night I was able to get assistance. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do Bedford Care Monroe is where I would want to go. Thanks for all you did!

I wish there was a 0.. This place is horrible please don’t put your people here. The healthcare staff calls it Dedford.. My mother was self-sufficient two weeks later she can’t get out of the bed. I did have a meeting with the director,DON, mds nurse, physical therapy and etc. I have POA and I was told I didn’t have to be consulted if my mother could make decisions. She is now in the hospital. These poor people there don’t have family and the staff takes advantage of this very fact. I only have seen two other residents that had family visit. We were there 4 times a week. Two weeks was too long… This facility needs help and quickly! All I can do is pray for the people left there my mother is NOT, going back. Don’t waste your time please there are other facilities that will take care of your people! This one doesn’t care and won’t take care of anyone

Horrible!! Thelma said they have communication problems, that's an understatement. On 9/1/2022 our love one has was admitted for rehab (self-sufficient). On 9/3/2022 she wasn't self-sufficient anymore. On 9/6/2022 I went there to speak to Thelma about our love one not eating, drinking and her not urinating nor BM and being very lethargic. Thelma said they can't force her to eat. I replied, " So you let her starve." The Nurse Practitioner said she would do lab and get urine/stool samples, pills for appetite and boost. They were also asked about her pills being crushed. Thelma said that the nurse put in the notes that resident had trouble swallowing. So I asked why was she getting regular food if she had trouble swallowing. No answer. On 9/7/2022 the therapist told me that her diet should be chopped/mechanical soft. On 9/8/2022 I arrived as they were passing lunch out. When her tray got there I asked the lady in grey scrubs Did they change her diet back because Wednesday I was told chopped/mechanical soft. She replied," It's my first day back so I don't know." She then left and didn't come back not even to feed the roommate that was a feeder. That poor lady didn't eat lunch at all while I was there. I left around 2pm and so did the lady with the grey scrubs and another lady with her. Before I left asked a therapist for the boost that she hadn't been getting and I asked the nurse practitioner why were the specimen cups still sitting in the room. The therapist did bring the boost and help her drink. The nurse practitioner went to check and never came back. I noticed the next morning that urine specimen was done with a catheter at 11pm. Why did it take 3 days but still no stool. My love one was so weak that she couldn't hold a fork, could barely talk, couldn't stay awake. I have a video of her trying her best to eat by herself and couldn't. Even after bring this to this facilities attention Nothing was done. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have yet to speak with the administrator. I don't know if he/she know that I have asked to speak with her but I did expect Thelma, the case/social work, to do her job better and follow-up and she did not.
