The check in process was quick and efficient. The girl at the front gave me instructions on how to get to my person’s room. Everything was nice!!

Worst nursing home. They always lie and tell you your family is fine. Amanda the charge nurse is a condescending, ignorant, oblivious and negligent. They have been reported to the board numerous times. I too will report them for neglect. Run!! If you care about your family!

I was impressed with the staff at HH & R. First, a lady who appeared to be an advocate of perhaps a supervisor, escorted us (my 87- yr old dad, the brother in law) to the room. Later, the CNA, Shondra, answered questions thoroughly and when asked, described in detail what my uncle could use personally. Even the repairman was kind and directly addressed my uncle and complimented him when he entered the room.
