They sent very low end, untrained people to my home after my surgery. The visits were of no use, Temp, blood pressure and didn't know how to properly dress the surgery area. 3 visits at 10 minutes each and they billed my insurance for 14 visits of higher-level care at almost 20k. If your physician sends this company turn them away immediately.

There are very few reviews about the actual service they provide. All other reviews are from employees and their feelings on working for this company. So far it was day one of my home health care and I fear I am going to die. The nurse that came out left with a leak in my wound vac dressing. My opinion are go the emergency room and I cannot drive or try to fix it myself. I will update for day 2. Day 2 the nurse came back out covered wound in more tape and my vac pump still sits at zero they tell me not to freak out and and they will be back tomorrow to change it all out. I fear they will let me die. Day 4: I called the emergency line because surprise my wound dropped to 0 again and the emergency line instantly sent me to voice mail and still no answer. Do Not Use this company, they do not care and will let you die. Insurance has not gotten back to me on if they will find another wound care company. Day4 10:40 pm:the nurse called me and and told they had a phone error and could not send anyone out after 9 but I called this in at a little after 5. Apparently a phone malfunction is enough for them to not do their job and let someone died. Because a phone malfunction is worth more than a life to them. They still want to charge me for what they haven't done and they say it has to be the wound but the hospital wound care sealed this for a whole weekend car ride home and all. This place will let you die and say it was a phone error. Day 8: I have yet to have a full 24 hours with my wound vac working. I do not understand how this is possible. I am going to request a change in companies to my insurance company. It has been 15 days since I have been forced to use this company and it is easier to tell the number of days the my wound vac has held a seal which is about 2 days if you add up all the hours. I wish the kindness of the nurses made up for terrible service. The wound vac is supposed to stay on. I have had to have my vac pulled and changed to wet to dry so many times and the insurance company only pays for so many supplies which are being wasted everytime the vac seal fails. Be aware this company is a scam.
