I wanted to leave a review for my wound care, nurse Brittany Q. I had 360° back surgery and she took very good care of me as my incisions were healing. She made sure to bring the right materials and contact my doctor when my Incision needed extra attention. She was always on time and very professional and gave very good advice for healing. My intake nurse Elena was OK for getting me set up but later on a recheck for my incision she put on the wrong dressing for my wound, undoing what Brittany Q did. Brittany got me back on track after that! I really appreciate her care and attention to detail. The PT therapists were also great , and helped me prepare for outpatient therapy.

Was lucky enough to have Chelsea as my Registered Nurse for post surgery home care. Chelsea's most impressive attributes are her intelligence and professionalism combined with an engaging demeanor. Amcare Pro Home Health gets five stars for hiring Chelsea.

I have been with this company for over a year now. FLAT OUT DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY, the office personal including management and schedulers have no idea as to what is going on or with what they are doing it started off good and went down hill quickly they have no actual wound care nurses on staff they are incapable unreliable and can't trust a thing that they say, they change staff all the time and they all have different opinions regardless of dr orders always late do not return calls and cause more damage than good. One nurse inpartticular shoved a qtip into a almost healed wound that cracked it open again resulting in more dr visits and added healing time still have the same wound from a year ago personally ill be contacting the medical board the tx nurse board and better business bureau not mention my insurance due to them billing for visits they never showed for, they were ordered 3x a week was lucky to get once a week definitely would not recommend this company to anyone the only two nurses that ever made a difference here I give full credit and a thanks they're names are bambi and cricket my hat is off to you to ladies as for the rest they should seriously reevaluate you having a nurses license in the state of Texas have a blessed day

My name is Keokuk Domingo, and after reading so many glowing reviews about this company, I felt compelled to share a very different experience. While I was still in the hospital recovering from surgery, I received a call requesting my credit card information—even though I have PPO insurance that covers my care. I was initially told the cost would be $1,100, which was later changed to a $250 “hold.” The inconsistent information regarding payment was concerning, especially while I was in a vulnerable situation following major surgery. I was discharged on March 5th after undergoing a full hip replacement. My surgeon referred this company for my home health services, trusting they would provide the necessary follow-up care. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Since my discharge, I have not seen a physical therapist at all, which is extremely troubling given the importance of physical therapy after a hip replacement. A nurse has visited twice, but physical therapy—one of the most critical parts of recovery—has yet to begin. I have made multiple calls trying to get answers, yet I still have not been given a definitive date for when physical therapy will start. At this point, I am left waiting while my recovery is delayed. Because of how referrals and insurance timing work, it is now extremely difficult to switch providers. For a company with so many positive reviews, I expected a much higher level of communication, coordination, and care. When someone is recovering from major surgery, delays in treatment are not just frustrating—they can impact recovery and overall health. Patients should not have to repeatedly call to receive basic follow-up care. I sincerely hope this company improves its processes so other patients do not experience the same situation. Not sure why we’re here.

I had the most wonderful nurse taking care of me and her name was Jessica. She was so compassionate, kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. I felt like I received the most excellent care and even if it wasn’t her day to come, she always expressed to me that I could call her on any occasion and she would help me take care of whatever needs I had. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jessica. She was awesome and if I ever need nursing services again, I will not hesitate To ask for her again. She is a wonderful asset to the company I’m just an overall wonderful human being. I’m so glad I got to meet her on my journey.
