This place is terrible! Staff steals from residents and management will tell you they will address it but they will never respond to your texts, calls, and emails. They will say anything to placate you but never actually handle the situation. We had to resort to filing a police report. Even though staff told us they had camera footage and would handle the problem they ignored repeated attempts to resolve the situation. Not only that but they left garbage in my mother’s room- including someone else’s dirty adult diapers. Truly awful.

My father has been in Brookdale Assisted Living in Richland Hills for several months. The care he has received has been great. I told them when he was admitted that he would not leave his room, but they have gotten him out to eat and now he is participating in games and exercising. He had to have surgery, and we put him in rehab at a different facility. He was miserable and was not improving, so we moved him back to Brookdale. He is now able to use his walker and is participating in activities again. He is happy. What has surprised me the most is how much they care. When he was in the hospital and rehab, they were calling to check on him and even came to see him. They helped all of us during a rough time.

Brookdale N. Richland Hills cares for my 95 year old Aunt. She isn’t treated like a resident but as a member of the family. The staff are all caring and loving. The community is beautiful and very clean.
