My great grandma stayed here the staff are nice but the rooms are disgusting there was aluminum foil on the light in the ceiling but overall it's a ok place but for long term living avoid it. She passed away during April take your old family members somewhere else than this place

If you care about the health and well-being of your loved one, do not let them stay at Paradigm at Woodwind Lakes. Roaches, unsanitary conditions, awful food, puddles of urine left on the floor, the smell of dirty diapers, residents are yelled at and not treated with dignity. Do not be fooled by the slick photos on their website or FB page, this place looks nothing like those photos. Your family member’s new clothing will “disappear” on a regular basis and the staff will tell you that’s just too bad. Residents have a shared clothing pile, which is not a safe or sanitary practice. It is a depressing place with virtually no mentally stimulating activities other than Bingo games. Go to Medicare.gov and read about this facility’s poor record, they don’t even have a rating because they’re a special focus facility due to numerous failed inspections, fines, safety issues. If I could give -0 stars I would, disgusting, horrible place.

I only toured the facility looking for long term memory care but I was impressed with the staff who were very friendly and the quick way they responded to my request to visit. The facility was clean and modern. The residents seemed well cared for and I thought this was among the best nursing facilities I’ve toured in the Houston area.

Came to visit. The personnel was excellent especially Ms.Chaney and Mr.Williams. Great customer service from the moment you enter the building.
