I've read some of these reviews, and haven't found them to be true. Some staff are nice and friendly, and that's all I will say for now!

Zero stars would be too many. Avoid like the plague!! Terrible staff. Unconcerned about residents and disinterested in assisting them in any way. Absolutely no empathy or professionalism. Facility is old, worn, dirty, and neglected. Care for the facility is as bad as the care for the residents. Find any other place to take your loved one. This is not a fake review by a competitor as management will claim but by someone who frequents these types of facilities on a regular basis and sees "behind the scenes" regularly.

Omg I love this place. I see my daughter who is disabled 3-4 times a week .Each time she says she feels cared for and loved. They have taken time to understand her unique personality. She was admitted in January from a horrible group home where she went to sepsis from stage 4 decubitus. Methodist hospital did a debridement and when she got to Paradigm she had a huge open wound. To date the wound is healing and almost closed due to excellent wound care. I see how hard the staff work and I appreciate them. With the love in my heart may God continue to bless this staff and facility.

I recently had the opportunity to experience Paradigm at First Colony, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism, hospitality, and level of care shown by the team. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the environment feel warm and positive. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and families they serve. The building was clean, organized, and the atmosphere felt engaging and compassionate. Great leadership and teamwork definitely stand out here. Highly recommend!”
