Excellent nursing care and staff. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Place is very spacious and well lit. Rooms are nice . The CEO (Dr. Nosa) went above and beyond to make sure my father received the best care. I don’t know of any other place that provides hemodialysis on site and 24 hour ventilator plus tracheostomy care like Paradigm Katy!

I would like to take a moment to recognize Sandy, our receptionist, who has been a dedicated part of this facility for over 15 years. Whether it’s answering phones, assisting families, coordinating communication, or helping staff with various needs, Sandy handles it all with efficiency and grace. She doesn’t just do her job—she anticipates needs and steps in wherever she is needed without hesitation. What truly sets Sandy apart is her willingness to help. She is patient, attentive, and treats everyone with respect. Families often feel comforted speaking with her, and staff know they can rely on her support. Her consistency, dedication, and strong work ethic make a lasting impact on the entire facility. Sandy is an invaluable asset, and her commitment over the past 15+ years does not go unnoticed. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gloria Munoz as an Activity Director. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels valued, included, and cared for. Her patience is truly remarkable—she takes the time to listen, understand, and connect with each individual in such a genuine way. Gloria is incredibly reliable and dedicated. You can always count on her to bring positive energy and thoughtful planning into everything she does. She has a natural ability to make residents feel comfortable, and she’s so easy to talk to—it really makes a difference in creating a warm and welcoming environment. What stands out most is how deeply she cares about the residents. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her—it’s something she’s truly passionate about. My family and I are incredibly grateful to the team at Paradigm in Katy, Texas. They welcomed my mother last weekend, and from the very first moment, we felt she was in the right place.
