The Care Coordinators at Panda Home Care are great at matching Caregivers to Clients. No hourly minimum is something most agencies do not offer.

My Mom uses your company and has had very poor service when her worker does show up she would arrive and immediately make herself lunch and eat then she would watch TV for a while that's when she did show up almost every week she would miss a day that she was to be there and no phone call from the company. This has been going on for a few years, my mother would complain and was always told that they didn't have anyone else to send. Recently she had a prescription for daily applications of a cream for her feet and was told that the worker was not qualified to do that so the company qualified the worker to be able to apply the cream and was given a pay increase along with the qualification. In the year or so since she probably applied the cream 3-4 times. My mother complained to the company and got nowhere. In the past month my mother decided that she had given this worker enough chances to start doing her job and asked for her to be discharged of her care. The company then found another worker and she seemed to be at least working when she was there, but after only coming one day she failed to come back on day two of her scheduled four days a week.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Panda home health care. They answered all of my concerns and were very professional. I highly recommend this company for everyone's home health care needs!
