Today I visited my father-in-law at the nursing home, and I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Cierra for the first time. She was absolutely wonderful, I heard someone call her CC. She came into the room, introduced herself, and immediately made us feel welcome. She was kind, caring, professional, and her warm smile and positive energy truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone whose presence alone brings comfort, but that’s exactly what Cierra did. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. She is a true asset to your team, and I hope you recognize what a special nurse you have. Please keep her she’s a winner! Thank you, Cierra, for making such a positive impression and for the compassionate care you provide. Thank you for all you do, from Nathaniel and I 😊❤️💙💫

This is a wonderful place. I am so pleased with the new weekend receptionist Miss Cynthia. She is truly amazing. I wish we had her every weekend. She's outgoing, respectful, and greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I told her before I left that I had to leave one for her — she’s just that exceptional. You don’t come across that kind of service often."

RUN don’t just walk away from this facility! It is the worst experience we have ever had at a healthcare facility. If you care about your loved one, find a different rehab. We brought so many issues to the executive team during my mom’s two week stay. None of it was addressed properly and some things reoccurred. Here are a few examples of the poor care: 1. This morning I learned that my mom’s bipap machine was not connected to the oxygen for the entire evening. Her oxygen level was 80 when the morning nurse came in. This is a dangerous level! Until I asked, this was not even documented so that someone could assess it with evening nurse. 2. Multiple times my mom’s IV and pill medications that were due 3x a day were given so late in the morning that they had to do two doses close together instead of 8 hours apart. She would have missed her third medication if I wasn’t tracking it. 3. Medication was left out in the open on the medication carts. Not only is this illegal but very for some of the residents who wander through the hallways and could take the medication by mistake. See two of many times I took photos of the unattended medication. 4. They are understaffed. It took upwards of half hour to two hours to get my mom changed after she had an accident. This is so unacceptable! The only bright spots of this facility is Bijou, the respiratory therapist and the PT team. They are good but still not worth risking your loved one’s life at this facility. Do yourself a favor and do more research to find a better place.

To the Team at Palm Garden of West Palm Beach, I am writing to share my sincere thanks for the care I received during my recent stay. Recovering isn't always easy, but the kindness and professionalism of your staff made a world of difference to me. I particularly want to mention the nurses Rochell, Sierra, Marthe, and Shernette for their patience and encouragement. It's the small things-a friendly check-in or a quick response-that helped me feel like more than a patient. The physical and occupational therapy gym is top-notch. I particularly want to mention Robert, Gloria, Kari Anne, Brie, Jordan, and Carlos who inspired me to work hard in spite of the pain and dizziness to recover. The CNA's were hard working and compassionate. They helped with my basic needs and treated me with respect. I particularly want to mention Miriam, Love, and Betina. Thank you for being there. Social services gave me sound advise through my stay. They made my discharge happen. I particularly want to mention Sol and Mickey. I especially want to thank Sol for intervening in a crises. She even came in on Sunday to save the day. Thank you to Fiona, Jesse, and Jennifer for leading the team. Greatfully, Charles Leitner

WHERE is my original review? Did you remove it? How dare you? I'm reporting you for taking down my first review of your despicable place. (I'd like to speak to the nurse who sent my dying husband home naked with no bandages on his partially removed feet. He had to walk in the house when he was not to walk and had not walked for months. I want to tell her that she killed a man and was so nasty to me I was shocked. Get your stories straight Palm gardens, change your records now. Because I have records, witness and I think I am going to use them.) below is additional information to my previous review. Which has now (screen shots are a good idea.)disappeared.When Palm Gardens sent my very ill husband home in a police car saying he was supposed to go to a different place, after I paid them, I found out there was no order to send him elsewhere. They lied to me, because he didn't want to be in a room that smelled of poop so bad he was puking. My husband was supposed to go there. Nowhere else because of those crappy advantage plans. I think I'll thank them too. He wasn't home for two days when he became unresponsive. He died, they are responsible for sending a sick enough man who died of sepsis not long after they sent him home. Don't go there if you want your loved one to live. I am shocked at the behavior of the nurse who sent me home. She has a lot of bad karma coming her way. Didn't she take an oath to do no harm? What kind of a nurse does that to a very ill man? I'd love to thank her; [not] for her I don't care attitude. She was yelling at me. Didn't they have a room that didn't smell like poop? They could have put him in the hall. But they sent him home to die on me of sepsis. God help you if you go there. Palm Gardens this note is to you; Don't call to ask me why I won't take this down. It is the entire truth and I will not lie for a place that helps people to die. I have detailed records I kept of everything that happened to him where ever he was. Because he was in and out of the hospital for nearly three years. Got a lot of records and notes. I know who cares and who does not. And I am furious that a nurse sent him home with osteomyelitis naked with a gown hanging around his neck. I want to speak to her. She should be fired. Don't you dare remove my review.
