Health care that Colonial Assisted Living has provided for my brother has been excellent. We are very pleased with the healthy and safe environment that all the staff maintain. Barbara was so warm and welcoming when we arrived, reassuring us that my brother’s care needs would be fully met. Regina at the front desk is always warm, welcoming, and on top of any needs that arise. Nichelle is a true problem solver, goes beyond - we don’t know what we would do without her.<br><br>To name just a few, these wonderful people represent the whole team, from janitorial and kitchen staff to coordinators and medical staff. We have had my brother in other facilities before, and we cannot say enough about how outstanding Colonial in West Palm Beach has been for his care. Thank you for all you do!”<br><br>UPDATE: It has been a little over year since we have had this facility and I what was true then is true now. The staffing has been nothing but kind and patient with all the curve ball with my brother’s condition. We are beyond pleased with the care and warmth they have shown not only the residents but also the family members.<br>Thank you all for the kindness and a special thank you for Ms. Regina for the warmth welcoming every time I come.
